A businessman from the Odenwald sits directly at the marker. It runs regularly from platform seven, from Frankfurt to Munich and always gets on section E. "My appointment yesterday was postponed, otherwise I would have been here yesterday." Today he travels with a queasy feeling, but one that fits into a longer development. "The order of the day is: be careful." As a frequent traveler, he is wary of abandoned suitcases or suspicious-looking people. From now on he no longer wants to walk directly to the edge of the platform, especially not with his children.

"But when it happens …"

Three employees of the aid organization ASB put a flower together. Marlon was on duty yesterday, he witnessed the terrible incident. It was difficult to comfort her, says the young man. "We are trained for such cases, but when it happens …" You would expect scenes like this in an action film, but not in reality. The day after he feels "unreal". His colleague Christoph takes a deep breath and wants today "Be a professional".

A mother flits past with a little boy by the hand. She quickly places a flower at the memorial, the son is about the age of the deceased boy. Her eyes are red, she ducks her head and almost runs away in a panic.

A smartly dressed young man in aviator glasses also lays down a flower. You shouldn’t accept such an act and move on to everyday life, he says. When he turns away, he adds another sentence: "I hope that Angela Merkel will soon be in prison." That should aim at the origin of the alleged perpetrator, who comes from Eritrea. Right-wing circles bring the case in connection with the federal government’s refugee policy.

What was going on in the perpetrator?

Others warn of this the day after. The traveler in Section E, like everyone else on platform seven, wonders what could have gone on in the perpetrator. His origin is irrelevant, says the businessman. It does not make the deed worse or better and does not help to understand it. "You have to be careful and hope that you are not in the wrong place at the wrong time."

By Tuesday evening, the sea of sunflowers, roses and cuddly toys in the station hall has grown so much that it is becoming increasingly difficult for commuters and travelers to get through at the head of platform seven. Outside on the station forecourt, around 400 people came to a service to remember the boy who was killed.123helpme.me People wipe tears from their eyes, pause. A pianist plays the piano "By gracious powers so wonderfully sheltered". The police accompanied the service with a large number. On the fringes, there are arguments between two different political groups.

The right-wing populist Dutch politician Geert Wilders has called for the Koran to be banned. The religious basis of Islam must be banned as well as the National Socialist work "My fight" by Adolf Hitler, Wilders demanded in a letter to the newspaper published on Wednesday "de Volkskrant".

"Call for persecution and murder"The core of the problem is fascist Islam, the sick ideology of Allah and Mohammed as it is in the Islamist "My fight" is laid down"wrote Wilders. In various suras of the Koran, Muslims are called upon to oppress, persecute or murder Jews, Christians, non-believers and unbelievers. "Suras in abundance that call and incite the Muslims to death and destruction."

"No immigrants, no mosques"In addition to the ban on the Koran, Wilders demands that no more Muslim immigrants come to the Netherlands and that mosques are no longer allowed to be built. The right-wing populist took several violent attacks on a young man who had given up the Muslim faith and founded a committee for like-minded people as the reason for his demand. The man was beaten several times by young Muslims and is now under police protection.

Party leader and parliamentary group leader Wilders founded the party for freedom last year, which immediately won nine of the 150 seats in parliament in the general election in November. He is the group leader. In the spring, the politician violently attacked two social democratic state secretaries who, in addition to Dutch, also have Turkish or Moroccan citizenship.

Koran pages in the toilets of mosques: After several cases in the past few months, a man has been arrested in Schleswig. He’s an Iraqi.

In Schleswig, an Iraqi was caught red-handed in vandalism in a mosque. According to the police, he admitted that he had rioted in the mosque in July and tore up a Koran. It is unclear whether there is a connection with other such cases.

On July 5th, pages of the Koran were distributed in the toilet of the mosque in Schleswig, and soap dispensers and wash basins were torn down. The police also had from "Graffiti" reports without being more specific. The case had made waves among Muslims and in the Turkish press. The Veysel Karani Mosque is operated by the Turkish-Islamic Union of the Institute for Religion (DITIB).

After the incident, blame was assigned to the right camp

After the incident in Schleswig there had also been accusations against the right-wing camp: Aiman Mazyek, chairman of the Central Council of Muslims in Germany, had said that the attack showed "It is clear that the perpetrators are interpreting the mood and public signals in such a way that they can continue sawing our free and democratic basic order". It should not be that Muslims and communities are exposed to hatred, agitation and violence.

The Schleswig SPD member of the state parliament, Birte Pauls, commented on the case with the statement that the AfD in particular must finally understand that words can also turn into violence.

The police are now ruling out at least one xenophobic motive. According to information from t-online.de, there is also no evidence of a Kurdish background of the suspect, which could be interpreted as a possible motive. A spokeswoman for the police did not want to confirm this, the investigation continued. So far, there is no evidence of any connections to unresolved cases in northern Germany.

Cases also in Minden, Münster and Bremen

Two weeks after the fall in Schleswig, a Koran was torn up in a prayer room in a DITIB mosque in Minden, North Rhine-Westphalia, and pages were distributed among excrement in a prayer room. On the same day, a Koran was found in a toilet in the mosque of the Islamic Cultural Center in Münster. The police started investigations into property damage and disturbance of religious peace.

The cultural center appealed to Muslims "not to be provoked by such idiots and arsonists". According to the police, there had been evidence of a suspicious person who was reported to have an Arab appearance.

According to the report, the 56-year-old renounced the rocker scene some time ago. Now he’s making a career with the AfD.
